| Movement Nights. Andrew has re-worked the Movement program to be more social and allow for more one-on-one coaching. The structure will see a shorter movement lesson at the beginning of the class, followed by time for participants to go practice on their own. Instructors will stay to give individual pointers, demonstrate movements and facilitate learning. Topics will change from week to week, so these drop-in nights can become a more regular part of your climbing plan! Look for some familiar faces instructing these sessions as well. |
